Even though I spent Christmas by myself I got a nice little gift from Mother Nature, a bright blue (Colorado Sky) 50 degree day. I had to take advantage and head out for a little ride at Schaeffer Farm. I expected the trails to be a little wet and slippery, but they were sweet and really grippy.
I busted my arse a couple of times on the leaf build up on the corners, but nothing major to disrupt my ride. Saw a friend on the trail, it was good to catch up on the world of road and cross racing and admit my complete fear of cross racing since it appears you race the entire time at LT. Anyways, I was just psyched to be on my bike on Christmas day. Given my lack of posting skills check back in August for another update. Later.
